When you purchase from the Pictures Worth store, we collect information such as your name, address and email address in order for us to provide you with service and delivery.
We also automatically receive visitor computer internet protocol (IP) address, browser and operating system in order to provide customers with the best online experience.

With your permission, we may send you emails about products, sales, promotions, updates and new changes to our store.

When you provide us personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card number, place an order, arrange delivery or returns, you consent to that specific information being collected and used accordingly.

All direct payment gateways meet the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

Generally, third-party providers used by us only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us e.g. delivery services.
However, some third-party service providers, such as payment gateways payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies with respect to information we are required to collect for them for purchase transactions.
